I went to check the offered flat to rent. It was very interesting meeting. The real estate agent had wrong keys, so I didn't see the flat. But even so it was worth it. I found out (as the others) that there are approximately 10 others, who are interested in this flat. The agent was very kind to explain the rules to us. Those, who are really interested in the flat, will sign the paper that they are interested and provide the copy of the passport and the copy of the contract of employment. The owner of the flat will choose the happy one. So it is a kind of lottery. With fee of one month rent to the real estate agency as a jackpot.
