CTI for Cetelem CZ [C# (.NET Framework 2.0), Cisco CTI OS 6.0, HLLAPI, DDE].

I was a member of the team implementing new CTI application for Cetelem CZ. I was responsible for libraries handling telephony and communication with external systems - IBM terminal (via HLLAPI) and proprietary internal server (via DDE).
